Since 2021, FBA-NOVA’s Holiday Giving Campaign has facilitated the purchase of more than $11,000 worth of goods.

EDVA Local Rules were amended, effective today, to be consistent with the amendment to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1 regarding diversity of citizenship.

The Court has adopted an updated mask policy that no longer requires fully vaccinated individuals to wear a mask in our Courthouses/facilities unless instructed otherwise by a presiding judge.

The current term of office of United States Magistrate Judge Theresa Carroll Buchanan at Alexandria, Virginia, is due to expire on September 11, 2020. Comments from members of the bar and the public are invited as to whether the Merit Selection Panel should recommend that the incumbent magistrate judge be reappointed. 

United States District Judge Albert V. Bryan, Jr. passed away earlier this week.
